The Tribunal is an ecclesiastical (Catholic Church) court that assists the Archbishop with the application of canon law, especially by processing and judging marriage nullity cases (commonly referred to as annulments). It functions as the local court for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, and less commonly as the appeals court for the dioceses of Winona-Rochester, Saint Cloud, New Ulm, Crookston, Duluth, Fargo, Sioux Falls, and Bismarck.

Pauline Privileges and Petrine Privileges should be directed to Tribunal@archspm.org.
